TAO YOGA EXPERIENCE

My yoga is for everyone! Any age. Whether you exercise or not. Whether you are new to meditation or yoga. Whether you are advanced in meditation or yoga. Every person can find their own beginning, no matter what it looks like!

 

As a meditation master, ​I teach Tai Yoga designed on all the styles of Yoga that has artfully focused on the art of Spiritual Chi Gong.  This combines breathing with concentration to train the mind and the body into relaxation. This dynamic combination will improve your physical and mental health. 

 

HOW?

Working along a meridian line, I work a pair of organs at a time. I designed each class to be a dynamic moving meditation, a flexible yoga class and a breathing technique.  I guide you thru' each pose, guide your breathing and guide your concentration - through this both mind and body relax and become flexible.

 

​The point of each movement is to work with your energy and the guided breathing teaches you to work with and develop skill with your energy.  This is the yoga art - the breathing.  Not the way you pose but rather how you breath thru' each pose. 

 

​My Tao Yoga will guide your body into dynamic poses to release mental and physical tension and increase your flexibility safely by regulating your concentration. 

​Working from the inside - is where our body meets our mind.

With time you will enter the Zen of Body and Mind.  This is a pure inner life cultivation and will reveal the secret to improve your physical and mental health.

 

My yoga is a self-cultivation. Every potential action invisibly leads your body and mind to cultivate internal strength.  Cultivating internal strength to utilise your subtle and delicate energy and move it into soft strength.  Cultivating this soft strength to develop a smooth pulse until the body becomes empty through feeling.  To let your energy become silent, unobstructed and gain inner strength.

Meditation Experience

Every meditation is unique, occupying a particular spot in the universe. The way you settle, the curve of your silence, the qualities of your stillness, the play of the light and shadow within, make your meditation a very special place time and again.  And when you meditate, a living energetic moment enters your care. 

 

The power of meditation intermingles with that of the practitioner and the magic lies primarily in practice.

HOW TO PRACTICE?

Meditation is a very calm practise.  Learning and practising meditation is because you are invested in your mental health and your cells have an elemental wisdom that when we practice stillness, and silence can fundamentally change the brain structure, function, networks, neurotransmitters and well-being and this neuroplasticity phenomena fascinates science today.

Meditation will help you create a magical spiritual energy that will allow you to tune into your inner self that will take you to a place of magic and joy.  You will learn how to design a life which is perfect for your needs, how to develop your breath, when to sit in silence and how to nourish your body, mind and spirit that will heal, protect and nourish your body and soul.​
